Day8 - 31st March 2011

What happen on my Day8 following this regime? Well, everything seems to be at ease, having shake in the morning and lunch, driniking 4 litres of water, drinking tea and enjoy every single opportnity to have great dinner. 

I have faith this regime will work. I have faith also this will lead to a heealthy lifestyle.

Day7 - 30th March 2011

Yooohoooo! I can't believe i've been doing this for a week already! Syabas Ila Natrah **smile**

My feelings? Totally awesome and great! I can't really recall the hungry feeling during lunch and in fact I enjoyed having shake for lunch..

My Challenges ? After dinner at home..for the past few days, i'd "Durians" every day.. i feel bad cause my parents drove so far until Tg. Malim just to take "durians" for the family. Well, not 100% I take durians because I fell guilty for them, in fact I enjoyed it also, it's just the quantity that I should be watching.

My Changes ? On Day0 when I decided to kick start the plan, I haven't weight myself and to be honest I don't know the details of  my body fat %, water level, but it will not be far from the last records I have. My aim is to cut 10% of my body weight right now. But rather focus on the 10%, I want to cultivate the habit and the daily routine i'm doing now cause I know eventually the 10% of my body weight will go by itself.

I know I'm in the right path, I just to keep on walking cause 1000km journey starts with a single step.

Day6 - 29th March 2011

I started my day with healthy shake and continue with healthy lunch as well. No problem to finish 4 litres of water by end of the day. Interestingly, I only eat half of my "nasi goreng" for dinner. Considering the old me, with the money that I paid for the dinner, I'll definitely finish it though i'm full.

But when I reached home, I crave for durians and I had few pieces of it. 

One thing I noticed was my bowel movement was not frequent as when I take normal 2 meals per day. But still i go to toilet every day. No worries I guess.

That is for the day.

Day5 - 28th March 2011

Today was quite normal, but the dinner was quite fun as my parents and two sisters were around. And there was durian fiesta as well with additional "bubur durians" also.

I am able to at least told myself to stop and pause myself from keep on eating when I am full. And it works, cause you'll be full half an hour later. And also, I told myself that foods tasting is fun and will not effect my way to be healthy but the excessive eating will do.

But more than that, I slept late, around 3 am due to my dedication ( should I say, addiction) to finish up k-drama movie currently watching. I have to calm down cause obviously it doesn't give me any benefits rather than self satisfaction.

Day4 - 27th March 2011

“The return of Iljimae”, the latest K-drama DVD that made me slept late last night ( like really late, around  4am).  So, I woke up at 10.30 am and only had my breakfast shake at 11.30 am.

Since my breakfast shake like almost having lunch, I thought of having early dinner around 4pm but I changed my plan since I am committed to have shake and lunch everyday for my roads to healthy plan. So, I had my lunch shake at 4pm and my dinner around 7.30 pm.

I know that once my parents back from kampung, I have to had some durians and yes I had an awesome sensation feelings with the durians and at the end, guilty to myself. How can I say NO to my parents who took their time went back to village and brought durians for their kids?  

I always fear of weekends because I know to follow the plan religiously is challenging.

I’m happy at least Monday is tomorrow and it’s going to be another better day for me

Day3 - 26th March 2011

I had my breakfast at 9.30am, pretty late than normal hours. Next shake around 1.30pm, credits to my dear sister who prepared the shake.

I always afraid when come to weekend since daily routine will not be the same as weekdays. I tend to sleep late and wake up late and the availability of snacks at home.

I think it’s true not to think about what you are afraid cause thoughts become thing.   

Around 4pm, my father bought “kerepek pisang” and I munched. Around 5pm, my uncle came and we bought “pisang  goreng” and again I munched.   I then had rice and chicken for dinner. ( I consider this as proper dinner). In term of water intake, it was easier to finish 4 litres at home than office since you need to run house chores and you get thirtsty fast.

Saturday was bit OK and can be better especially when controlling the desire to snacking.

Day2 - 25th March 2011

I owe myself and my coach a huge apology since i'm suppose to blog on daily basis and this entry was suppose to be done on last friday. I'll make it better :-)

I had shake in the morning and lunch as usual. I managed to drank 2 litres of water by 1pm and continue the next 2 litres after that. Since morning I've imagined what I want to eat during dinner and somewhere somehow I crave home cooked food.

I reached home at 6.30pm and quickly prepare my dinner. It was simple but I noticed that I'm so hungry that I tend to cook in large portion. I even consumed the food fast since i was very hungry but lucky me that i did not have any indigestion problem after that.

I slept late that night, around 2 am due to my current obsession to Korean drama. Not sure how late sleep will effect my roads to be healthy. There is question mark there ? .

Overall, I'm happy with my progress becoming one step closer to become healthy.
