Today was quite normal, but the dinner was quite fun as my parents and two sisters were around. And there was durian fiesta as well with additional "bubur durians" also.
I am able to at least told myself to stop and pause myself from keep on eating when I am full. And it works, cause you'll be full half an hour later. And also, I told myself that foods tasting is fun and will not effect my way to be healthy but the excessive eating will do.
But more than that, I slept late, around 3 am due to my dedication ( should I say, addiction) to finish up k-drama movie currently watching. I have to calm down cause obviously it doesn't give me any benefits rather than self satisfaction.
