P2 D33 - 3rd Aug 2011

Alhamdulilah, today is my 3rd day of fasting. Still feel tired and sleepy at office. hehehe, I couldn't help it.

Same routine, I had Nutrition 1-2-3 for sahur, follow with 1.5 litres of water.

As for break fast, this is my first time during the Ramadan I had Nutrition 1-2-3, of course I had dates and some kuih first before I had the Nutrition 1-2-3. Oh yeeaah, today is the first day of WLC cycle 5 ( I guess so, they had few rounds before). My starting weight was 81.4 kg, only 100 gram lose since last week. Maybe because I weighed myself after break fast, so, I add some weight. Yesterday, when I was at Nadia's house, I weighed at 80.4kg. It's okay, it's still not stable. ((^_^))

The interesting thing I would like to share is, for the first time after few rounds, I won something from WLC. We had endurance game, where we have to lift up a ball weight at 6kg and do sit up. A person who lasts the last win. I was the 2nd last person standing and total of sit up I did within half an hour is 291! Isn't it amazing? Swear to god, I was sweating like doing Jazzercise. 

On top of that, our coach share something about fat around your stomach, hips, butts and how we could lose it. But since I was tired, I hardly concentrate but the morale of the story is, do exercise especially resistance training to make your heart beat.

P2 D32 - 2nd Aug 2011

Same things, different day! Nutrition 1-2-3 for sahur and follow up by 1.5 litres of water.

Work was tiring and my body still needs more rest but it can't be helped since I'll be sleeping around 12 am and wake up around 4.45am and altogether I have only 4-5 hours sleep.
As for break fast, I went to my dear sister home and she prepared for me Portugese Grill fish, mushroom and daifuku ( kind of Japaneses kuih ). O.o.o.O I love the sensation feelings when the chocolate melt inside my mouth, it was HEAVEN. But of course, eat moderately kay.

After breakfast, I meet up with Doura to pass him some documents and we went to 101 Mall. He wants to get fan for his house and guess what kind of fan he ended up bought ?

Just imagine an Industrial fan in a house? He could even make clothes dry within an hour. Different people have different taste right.

Okay, only that my update, water intake was only 1-1.5 litres during sahur and another 500 ml - 1 litre after break fast. Got to improve it .

P2 D31 - 1st Aug 2011

Happy Ramadan everyone!

Sounds like a plan, as today is the first day of Ramadan and coincidentally is my Phase 2 day 31, or the 1st day for the next 30 days. (^ _^) - Hahahaha, it's not complicated right?

So how my 1st day in Ramadan goes? I had Nutrition 1-2-3 in the morning, I had to wake up as early as 4.45 in the morning not to prepared any food but to drink liquids need some time, so, I was able to finish the complete nutrition with 1.2 litres of water by 5.40am. 

I can't continue to sleep and prepared to go office and reached around 8.30 am. As for breakfast, I had dates first, kuih-muih and mix rice. Portion is controllable. I went to terawih and I felt really really sleepy. I reached home around 11pm and was able to had Nutrition 1-2 only. 

Well, overall, I think I was bit tired and sleepy, still need time to adjust my timing. In terms of food, it was okay. chaiyok!

P2 D30 - 31st July 2011

How can I shared what I gone through in a day without feeling bored about it. Of course, nothing much different from others day. I started my day with Nutrition 1-2-3, watch some KDrama, had lunch and finally decided to do room cleaning in the afternoon.

Due to some works need to be done next week, I got to meet up with Doura at Sunway. He been complained about his digestion issue and because I'm so generous and kind, I bought for him the complete Nutrition 1-2-3 and explained to him how to consume. I even prepared for her the for the first time, not bad, he able to finished it.

As for dinner, hahaha..I can't remember what I had.

P2 D29 - 30th July 2011

I thought to go Jazzercise in the morning but temptation to stay in the bed while it's raining is more promising. I slept until 11am, wake up and went to Herbalife HQ to get some stock for Ramadan.

Since I bought coupons from Groupon, I've decided to redeem at Sweetree. We went there pass through all the jammed, finally managed to have some korean foods. At least it HALAL. 

As for dinner, we had steambot at Flaming, Bandar Sunway. I didn't had much since I was quite full. After dinner, we went to Karoake. That was my first time and hey, not bad at all.

P2 D28 - 29th July 2011

I woke up very late today, 9am and at that time, I'm suppose to be in the office. But I had good sleep.

But good thing is, I still had my Nutriton 1-2-3 in the morning. As for lunch, I had meehun tomyam and a slice of banana fritter. I went to Jazzercise today and really had fun, to sweat it's really good and I kind of enjoys it. As for dinner, I had Nutrtion 1-2-3 at home but I did had 3 slices of Hi-fibre biscuists and prawn in between. 

Water intake was 4 litres. Since the fasting month is coming, I hope I can maintain 4 litres of water at average. My Day 30 is coming I should weight and snap some photos :-)

P2 D27 - 28th July 2011

I thought once that I should really taking care of myself and not letting myself ever feel down. Yup, I'm talking about my health, my weight, my appearance. Why I'm saying this because I don't really watch my food and beingI'm doing that will only harm myself. I have to seriously take care of myself. 

So, after a while missing from Jazzercise, I attended Jazzercise and had Nutrition 1-2-3 in the morning and for dinner. I even had 5 litres of water today. 

There is no ugly woman but only the lazy one . quote from very famous person but I don't know who.
So, don't be lazy all.

P2 D26 - 27th July 2011

Wednesday. The Weight in Day.

I had Nutrition 1-2-3 in the morning and Lum Mee for lunch. I reached JJ around 7.30 and patiently waited for my turn to be weighted in. Hahahahaha. As I guess, I put on weight! My current weight at 81.5 kg. So, the summary is, since the started of WLC, I have lost 1kg. Well, not so good but it's better than stagnant rite?

So, next month is fasting month hopefully I'll lose more kgs. At night, I had some snacks prepared at JJ and when I reached home, I had some durians. :-)

Water intake was 4 litres.

P2 D25 - 26th July 2011

I started my day with Nutrition 1-2-3. As for lunch, I had fried keu tiow and followed by teh ice. Around 4pm, I had keledek and pisang goreng

At night, as I was busy picked up Doura and settled some company stuff, I had hotdog bread on the way around 7pm. Since we finished meeting late and I'm still hungry so I had 1/2 plate of white rice, fried egg and chicken very late around 11.30pm. Water intake around 4 litres.

Well, tomorrow is my final day in WLC but to be honest I don't have much confident since I hardly watch my food, no exercise and sleep was not enough. We have to wait and see.

P2 D24 - 25th July 2011

What happened today? I slept for only 2 hours due to my continuous obsession to kdrama.

I had Nutrition 1-2-3 in the morning and normal meal for lunch. Nasi Lemak Ayam goreng. As for dinner, I had Nutrition 1-2-3 - if I was not mistaken :-)

P2 D23 - 24th July 2011

Gosh. Looking at my blog, I found it's so boring, less photos to look and only words and words. Okay, for me and others who read this blog viewing, let me share last week kenduri tahlil photos. As I'm writing, I already had my Nutrition 1-2-3 for breakfast.

Okay, as for lunch, when everyone was out to eat Chicken Rice Shop. I thought of having nutrition but ended up eating curry maggi mee and guava. I went to Puchong to deliver policy and when I reached home I lots of durians! How lah..

P2 D22 - 23rd July 2011

I went to Penang in the morning and I have not had a chance to have any Nutrition today. I had 1 litre of water immediately when I woke up. As breakfast, I had it around 9.30 am. I started with watermelon first before I had my fired noodles and fried egg. On the way to Penang, I had some fruits - mango, dragon fruits and papaya. 

We actually have wedding invitation and I followed my parents to Penang thinking  that I'm going to collect some important document from my client's brother who passed away recently. But, it got cancelled when I'm already on my way, but it's okay, at least I have chance to spend time with my parents inside the car. I drank about 1.5 litres of water on my way and back to Penang which make our stop at RNR is more frequent. As for lunch, I had 3 spoons of rice with rendang chicken, black pepper beef and cucumber with peanut sauce.

Another thing I would like to share, I got my period this month and I'm quite happy that it become regular.

At night, I had some vegetables mixed with lady finger and beef with rice.

Okay, that is for Saturday and it ain't going good. Huh, I have few days before the final WLC. Got to do something !

P2 D21 - 22nd July 2011

Friday. I had Nutrition 1-2-3 in the morning. Thought of having Dominos pizza for lunch but it got  canceled since we have to wait 1 hr and 30 minutes. Too long to wait. So, I had rice with eggplants, eggs and sambal ikan bilis with potatoes. Around 3pm, I had pisang goreng and keledek goreng.

I went to Jazzercise today after a week went missing. I had Nutrition 1-2-3 at home and after that headed to Tg. Malim since tomorrow is Penang day.

Water intake was improving, I drank almost 6-7 litres.

P2 D20 - 21st July 2011

It's Thursday and it's Harry Potter time :-)

I had Nutrition 1-2-3 in the morning and I had lunch in the afternoon. I had rice with vegetables and chicken and as dinner I had Nutrition 1-2-3. Okay, that is, sorry for very short entry.

P2 D19 - 20th July 2011

Yoohooo..it's a weighing day. Am I excited? Hahahaha, of course I'm scared cause my week was not so encouraging. But guess what? I'm very happy since I'm at 80.6kg at the moment. I lost 1.3kg since last week weight in. Can you see that I'm going to touch number 7 so soon and I'm very positive I'm going to hit my goal in nearer time. (-:

But looking at my last week history, I have not done much but one good thing is I didn't panic or stress. I just follow the flow and control the food going into my mouth. Which means, I didn't eat excessively.

Okay, Nadia any my coach said they can see I have lost some weight cause it can be seen in my appearance. Not only that, last Sunday when I went for my monthly facial treatment, my beauty therapist also complimented me and said I have lost some weight. And yup, two weeks ago, my Jazzercise instructor also complimented me. Heheheh. tomorrow I'm going to see a dear friend who always condemned me and I would love to hear what she will say.

To update my progress today, I was fasting and breakfast with Nutrition 1-2-3 and had Sushi for dinner. I think I stop at 90% full today.

On top of that, today lesson, my coach shared with us the difference between complex and simple carbohydrate. The thing I need to remember is complex carbohydrate is good and it can be found from food that near to nature. Example, brown rice, wholemeal bread, potato, sweet potato. So, our task this week is to add the complex carbohydrate into our one meal. My coach also said, when we take simple carbohydrate ( white rice, white brown, noodles) our body will digest it very fast and change it into sugar or fat and that was the reason we feel sleepy after finish taking any simple carbohydrate meal. Of course, I'm unable to elaborate more but what I need to remember is to switch from simple to complex carbohydrate.

For the next coming week, I'm going to strictly follow my coach advice :-

  • to take complete nutrition 1-2-3 twice a day
  • to drink 6-8 litres of water
  • to sleep at 11pm
  • to Jazzercise only when I've complied all the 3 above. 

Let's aim higher! How about to weight at 75kg next week? 


P2 D18 - 19th July 2011

I'm fasting today and did not have Nutrition 1-2-3 for sahur. I felt bit tired the whole day but still have energy to continue the day. I breakfast with my family today, had 1/2 bowl of rice, sup ekor, kailan goreng ikan masin and 1/4 fried chicken. Once I'm done taking shower in the evening, I had my Nutrition 1-2-3 slowly around 10pm till 12 am. Water intake was still insufficient, around 1 litre.

P2 D17 - 18th July 2011

I'm on MC today and decided to rest my hand.( not my body. hehehe..)

I had Nutrition 1-2-3 in the morning, as for lunch, I had rice with two servings of vegetables and ikan keli sambal. and some pisang and cempedak goreng for additional flavor.

At night, I had 1/2 bowl of rice with sup ekor and fried chicken. Again, I did not have my Nutrition 1-2-3 for dinner. As a summary, since my last weight in, I only take complete Nutrition 1-2-3 in the morning and always skipped in the evening. 

I notice this is my huge issue, inconsistency, I found it's truly challenging for me to keep on doing it certain thing for a long period of time or follow certain schedule though how much I tried to mentally physo myself.or is it more to, lack of discipline?. I found not only in my diet but also in my career. 

Hemm, Nadia, any thought?

P2 D16 - 17th July 2011

What a lovely Sunday or should I say tragic Sunday since I accidentally spilled over hot water into my hand that makes me cried and cried like a baby. I was so clumsy and "gelojoh". 

That happened in the evening, and in the morning I had Nutrition 1-2-3, 2 hours after that I had lunch. I can't resist my mom cooking, ikan goreng sambal kicap, ikan bilis goreng, rice and salad. Awesome !

At night, due to unexpected incident, I ended up have something light and take medicine. The hot water was really hot and pain k!

Water intake was 2-3 litres only.

P2 D15 - 16th July 2011

Saturday is here. I had my Nutrition 1-2-3 in the morning, thought going to Jazzercise but I have kenduri tahlil in the afternoon and I'm afraid not be able to make it on time so decided to cancel the plan.

As for lunch, I had a fair portion and decent meals of roasted lamb, brayani rice, fried fish, desserts. Though it was kenduri, my food intake was still controllable.

As I reached home, I received phone call from my late friend's brother wish to meet up to finalize his sister death claim. I spent almost 2 hours there and her mother shared with me her regret feelings towards the hospital that treated her daughter. The mother in fact requested me to share the world how the hospital has used her daughter as experiment to test one medicine to another. I may not going to write all details here but I'll one day inform to others.

When I reached home, instead having Nutrition 1-2-3,  I had the food leftover from the Kenduri and I had Nutrition 1-2 to cleanse and detox my body. 
Water intake was still insufficient. Gosh. I hope my WLC will show some positive result. :-)

P2 D14 - 15th July 2011

I'm so happy when it's Friday cause I have weekend waiting for me. Yeahh!

Since I suffered from gastric last night, I did not take Nutrition 1-2-3 at all. I had Meehun goreng with Rendang kerang for breakfast, lunch I had rice with vegetables and chicken. 
As for dinner, I had roti canai banjir, 2 boiled eggs, teh tarik and some fried chicken.

How la I can win the WLC when obviously what I'd eaten was bad and does not contribute to my weight loss at all. Nadia, help please.. I need to lose more weight.. I got 3 kgs to lose to hit my 30 days goal! and I have to lose it faster since WLC will finish earlier than t the 30 days..

The only good thing was, I went to Jazzercise class.
Water intake was still insufficient. 3-4 litres only.

P2 D13 - 14th July 2011

Gosh. I can't really remember what has happened on this particular day.

I know I was fasting, I had my Nutrition 1-2-3 for sahur and for break-fast I had Popiah, Mee Rebus at Kluang Station Kopitiam at One Utama and I know I suffered gastric at night though I had my break-fasting on time. Now I'm confused why the gastric gotten into me.

Water intake was insufficient though, in the morning I had 1.5 litres and at night around 1 litre.

P2 D12 - 13th July 2011

Today is my 2nd week of Weight Loss Challenge weight in. I'm crossing my finger and hoping the result will be a good one. Just a quick update, I had Nutrition 1-2-3 for breakfast, and normal lunch, white rice with 2 vegetables servings and curry chicken.

Before I went to Jazzercise class, I had Nutrition 3 only and planning to have complete nutrition at JJ. I reached JJ quite late but on time to join the activity. After listening what my coach shared which basically my take out are :-

1. Our first digestion is our mouth where we have to chew a minimum 30 times per mouthful so our saliva inside the mouth will process the food before it enter esophagus, stomach and our intestine.
2. Why we feel bloated or heartburn or gastric (which I experienced lots and  the occurrence slowly become lesser when I take complete nutrition) it's due to the food was not chewed properly and we rush when eating.
3. Drink, drink, drink and drink lots of water. Though when you feel you are eating lots, drink more water to help digestion process.

P/S : all the above are slowly my opinion and understanding, it may not be accurate as normal medical terms.

Okay, lets go straight to the result, my current weight is 81.9kg, looking back at my target, by 1st of August which is my 100 days of the program, I should be weighed at 78.9kg which mathematically I have 3kg to lose. 

After that, my sister and I went to Sushi King. :-)

P2 D11 - 12th July 2011

I want to fast but unable to wake up for sahur and decided not to continue my intention. As breakfast, I had Nutrition 1-2-3 and mixed rice for lunch. One hour before Jazzercise, I had my shake. I hurt my toes during Jazzercise and feel pain on my feet, I thought changing sport shoes will help to resolve the problem but unfortunately it does not. Maybe I have to bear the pain until I lose some weight ( potentially, my excess weight may caused it )

Dinner was sinful, I was so hungry so I had 1/2 bowl of rice, fried chicken, 3 boiled sausages and bubur durians. But, it doesn't stop there since someone came and gave us delicious durians and I had lots! Maybe 10-12 seeds all by myself. - DUSH -

Since tomorrow is the 2nd week weight in, I feel nervous since I'm fully aware how I have binged and lots of makan and makan happened for the past one week. Hopefully, I'm not going to put more weight and of course I would love to hear if I lost 1kg at least.

P2 D10 - 11th July 2011

I have Prudential CEO Road Show today which means lot of makans will happen. I'm so weak when confronting face to face with foods and afraid my weighing result will stagnant or negative - the worst thing could happen. It's okay, I have 2 days to go. BERUSAHALAH !

I had sandwich in the morning, some macaroni mushroom and berry cheese cake. As for lunch, I had rice with some vegetables, squid, chicken and beef. And dinner I had double cheese burger with vanilla shake. When I reached home, I had bubur durians with 2 slices of white bread. Water intake was 2.5 litres. When I re- read back what have I typed, it's was bad huh? So may unhealthy food has entered my body. 

No shake at all. This is my second day that I did not have my shake since WLC has started and I want this to be the last one. PERIOD

As sharing, today I learned many new things. Today speaker was Mr Allan Lee, he is Singaporean who invented the toy called "BeachWorks" and he shared the hardship he gone through to realize his dreams. My tw0 take outs are :-

  • When someone reject you, don't take it PERSONAL. They just disagree with the products, ideas and NOT YOU.
  • Always looks at the WORKS done and not the WORDS.
Okay, I got to do some self realization else I'll be forever not be able to reach my dreams.

P2 D9 - 10th July 2011

Wahhhh, so fast, it's Sunday already...

I woke up quite late, around 10.30am annd quickly have my Nutrtion 1-2-3 and taking my sweet time to finish the complete nutrition. Around 3.30pm, I had Nasi Goreng Ayam from Restaurant Abas. I bet you, no other Mamak can beat their Nasi Goreng Ayam, always be my favourite till today. My parents brought durians back home and I had almost 10 pieces/seeds I guess..Hehehe..ya kill me lah eating those..

At the time I'm writing this, I'm having my Nutriton 1-2-3 and aim to go sleep at 11pm. Tomorrow will be another long day. ( hehehe, it's 12 am already )

Just want to share, yesterday a friend of mine said, "If you chase many things, you end up not gaining any thing". So, let's be FOCUS and aim one thing at a time ya :-)

P2 D8 - 9th July 2011

It's Saturday and I do wish weekend stay bit longer so I can enjoy my Korean Drama more :-)

Ohh yaa, today also BERSIH 2.0 rally will be held in KL and as I thought, many people prefer to stay at home but I decided to go Jazzercise in the morning and after that headed to Sunway. Traffic in LDP was so smooth even it's better on Sunday. Well, because of that also, I didn't have any shake today and eat lots of foods from 2 breads in the morning, Suji and Vegetables soup for lunch and when I reached home, had bubur durians ( lots of durians) and 4 slices of Breakthru bread. Water intake was around 2.5 litres. 

How la to WLC when I'm not following what my Coach asked me to do so?

P2 D7 - 8th July 2011

TGIF. Thanks God It's Friday.

I started my day with Nutrition 1-2-3 ,had 1litre of water before lunch. As for lunch, my boss treat us at Chillis, Bangsar Shopping Centre to celebrate the contract we won from  Microsoft. So, I had lots of things, not all but shared by 4 of us, chicken, mashed potatoes, Cajun club sandwich, mushroom jack fajitas, triple play, cheese nachos, it was really full. I went to Jazzercise in the evening and once I reached home, quickly had my Nutrition 1-2-3. Water intake was 5 litres. Only that, see ya again tomorrow.

P2 D6 - 7th July 2011

I'm fasting today and not be able to wake up in the morning, so I didn't have Nutrition 1-2-3 for sahur. Alhamdulilah, with God willing I survived the day without feel hungry and I'm so happy that I didn't get my gastric. Nadia, if you are reading this, what you said is true, "Segerakan berbuka puasa" cause God knows what is good for you. 

So, when break fast, I had Ayam Penyet, 1/2 plate of white rice, bakso kuah and cincau longan drink. It was 90% full. When I reached home around 10.30pm, slowly I had my Nutrition 1-2 and at the time I'm posting this, I'm actually having my Nutrition 3 and yups it's 12.30 in the morning. 

On top of that, something miracle or yet lucky happened to me today, while I was talking on the phone at ground floor corridor near my office, someone came to me and pointed his knife and asked for the phone I'm holding. Of course, I hesitated, I moved back one step and there was motorcycle parked behind me and the motor moved a bit, making sounds and afraid people may came, he quickly walked away. And without realizing or materialised what has happened, I continued my phone conversation. Other people, should have been panic already. I don't know what was wrong then, but I was okay though slight shocked. Maybe because I was talking to my friend's brother who passed away yesterday and since I'm doing good thing, God must has helped me.

Well, one thing I know, If you do good, honest and noble things or jobs, even you are having difficult and though time, God will always help you, trust Him and you will be fine.

P2 D5 - 6th July 2011

Okay. so many things happened today but first of all I would like extend my condolences to my client and also my ex-school mate who passed away today due to lymphoma cancer. She was diagnosed in December 2009 and have been through chemotherapy session but Allah knows what best for her. Al- Fatihah.

I had my Nutrition 1-2-3 in the morning after survived a night from painful stomach gastric. For lunch, I had Nasi Kandar at Kayu Kandar, PJ. I had half rice with curry mutton, vegetables, boiled eggs and lost of curry.Before I went to Jazzercise for 45 minutes, I had chocolate shake. 

Today is Weight Loss Challenge, I joined it and aiming high for first prize. You got to aim high, if you fall, you will land amongst the stars. My weight starts at 82.5kg and the next weight is going to be on next Wednesday. During the sharing and coaching session, I had Nutrition 1-2-3 for dinner.

Overall, they emphasize on pillars of health, which are :-
  • Nutrition
  • Water
  • Sleep
  • Exercise
So, keep on doing what you are suppose to do and everything will be fine :-)

P2 D4 - 5th July 2011

Happy Birthday Mak :-) May Allah bless you with good health and happiness..

My day was not that good. At the time I'm writing this, it's already 2.40 in the morning and I'm still awake. Why? Not because I'm too addicted to watch Korean Drama - maybe some part of it. It's just I can't sleep. My stomach is hurting me so much, every time I'm fasting, I ended up having gastric and not be able to sleep at night and this is my third time already. I even vomited what I had for dinner. 

I try to analyse the reasons, but from all these 3 days, I didn't take proper food when break fast, like today, since my shoulder is pain, I decided to get massage and One Utama Thai Odyssey, it took me an hour and by the time it finished, it was 7.45pm already. I went to get bread and not satisfied, I got myself Cinnabon bread. Once I reached home, my family and I had Sekinchan Ikan Bakar to celebrate my Mom birthday, after that, one hour later, I started to vomit out the Ikan Bakar I had. I thought to ease my stomach by taking Nutririon 1-2 but it didn't help as I started to vomiting again.

It really makes me uncomfortable, my stomach and I can't sleep also. I'll look like Zombie in the office tomorrow. Even today, I was very sleepy and my shoulder and neck hurt me so much I couldn't concentrate at work at all.

Just wondering, how Ramadhan then ?

P2 D3 - 4th July 2011

Monday!

I took EL today, thought of sending my car to workshop and need to do some cleaning at home. I woke up at 6.30 am and quickly fold my clothes, had my Nutrition 1-2-3 around 8am. I continue with laundry, wash toilet and cleaning the room.

I had my lunch, rice with vegetables and fish. Went to Subang and straight to Sime Darby Medical Centre to obtain my prospect client's medical record. Once done, I went to JJ to have Nutrition 1-2-3, headed to Jazzercise class for 2 hours. Once reached home, had Nutrition 3. Overall water intake was 4 litres. 

Feelings? Bit tired and sleepy and I was yawning lots in the evening. Got to increase my water intake since I felt bit thirsty.

P2 D2 - 3rd July 2011

Goshh..I took lot of effors to snap this photos and update to this blog..Thanks to the new Samsung NX11 but it didn't turn out crystal clear in this blog. I need to improve my photos skill. However, just wanna share how I look like now so I can compare in future.

Today I started my day with Nutrition 1-2-3, had jazzercise after that. As for lunch, I had nice dim sum buffet at Quality Hotel. Thank you Finaz for the treat :-)

As for dinner, I had Nutrition 1-2-3 also. Water intake was 2.5 litres.

P2 D1 - 2nd July 2011

Yess Saaaa! Today is the first day of Phase 2 100 Days Challenge.

P2 stands for Phase 2 and D1 stands for Day 1. So, this is the format that I'll be using for all my Phase 2 entry title. Let's make a quick summary on my current progress and goals.

-  2011 Health Ultimate Goal -
 My weight is 60kg by 31st December 2011


- Phase 2 100 Days Goal -
My weight is 67.6kg by 10th October 2011

Okay, let's get some stats. My starting weight is 82.7kg and to reach 60kg by end of the year, I have to lose 22.7kg and an average I should lose at least 3.78kg in a month. The target look like table below and let me tell you something, with the rate I'm going out now, it sounds doable and definitely achievable!

How can I achieve that ? My plan are :-

1. To have Nutrition 1-2-3 minimum twice in a day but the more the better.
2. To drink 7-8 litres water a day. No excuse!
3. To have 6-8 hours of good sleep.
4. To attend minimum 4 Jazzercise class in a week but encourage to hit the class everyday
5. To follow mickey mouse concept in any meal I take
6. Stop eat when I'm 80% full

Well, just to share, my No 1 - 4 plans actually following the 4 pillars of successful health. First and foremost, take good nutrition, drink enough, sleep well and exercise. The flow must be in the sequence. You can't simply do exercise and not taking good nutrition or even not taking enough water or sleep. Remember, it must be in sequence which I'm religiously following it.

Yehhh, I'm gearing up to go but let's share what had happened today. I had Nutrition 1-2-3 for breakfast and dinner. Lunch,had Sushi King.Okay, I ate lots and I was amazed on Nadia progress, she really watch her calories and what she put inside her mouth. Seriously, I got to follow her. Before lunch, I had some snacks from durians, biscuits and biscuits again. Ya, I know, not good. Water intake was 5 litres. Trying yo hit 7 litres at the moment. Ohh yaaa, I did some brisk walk today after been tortured to do so by Nadia and Bak.

Till then, I'm happy to report my progress and will continue to do so. Keyboard down :-)

Day95 - Day100 ( 26th June 2011 - 1st July 2011)

I have 5 days to go to complete my 100 days challenge. But I'm going to be honest now since at the time I'm writing this, it is actually Saturday, 2nd July 2011. I have not updated my blog for since then. 

So, I'm going to make a summary of my one week activity. Since I have completed my 100 days, I am very happy to say I lose some weight. Okay, before we even talk about that how much exactly I lose, thousand apologies since I didn't track my initial weight. The idea to start the blog was purely to share my felling and what I've gone through on daily basis and not much on the kgs and cms loses. But, I remembered early March 2011, I went to see Doctor and I weighed at 87 kg and when I completed the 100 days, I weighed at 82.7 kg, overall I lose 4.3 kg within 4 months. I'll definitely say the result can be improved but I'm happy it didn't go up and going down. 

Honestly, my 1.5kg lose was contributed during my last 14 days of the program. What happen was I've included exercise regime into my healthy plan. The other plan is still the same, Nutrition 1-2-3 twice in a day, one colourful meal - (okay, this is just sharing, I'm suppose to stop at 80% full but I didn't and water intake suppose to be 8-10 litres but at the moment I was maintaining at average of 4-5 litres in a day.) I admit exercise has helped me to lose the weight.

Okay, that all and I'm happy to tell that I'm going to kick off my Phase 2 100 Days Challenge!

Day94 - 25th June 2011

Saturday.

We are finally here. My mother, Jaa and me at JJ. After months of persuasion and being busy, my mom step at the new enhanced club at JJ. Good thing is, when you have the chanced to listen first hand testimonial from the user themselves, the impact was greater. There was a lady shared with us how her energy has improved, for example,  normally after reached home from office, she has to rest or to take a nap and continue to do her house chores but now taking nap is not needed anymore. Sounds so simple but when you experienced yourself, you will know how good it is.

After that, we went to Tropicana Mall planning to do some shopping and had waffle. I had mixed rice when reached at Kepong. Wahhh, my weekend is full of fun and eating. Hahahaha

Day93 - 24th June 2011

Happy Birthday Ayah...Wishing you to have long life and shower with prosperity and may Allah bless you always.

Birthday means Makan day and it has been planned all this while. Heheheh.. I had Nutrition 2-3 in the morning and went to Juicy Jux (JJ) for lunch. I enjoyed going to JJ, meeting up with inspiring people who share same mission, to be healthy and to get recharged as well. Good news! I lost 1kg and my total weight at the moment is 83.5kg. I have 7 days to complete my 100 days and will I be able to achieve the ultimate goal to be at 80kg? We have to wait and see then.

As for dinner, we had Seoul Garden buffet, the only Korean BBQ I tried and keep on trying. I had very generous portion of beef, lamb, kimchi soup,salads. All of us had good time, spending our precious time together, how I've missed our family get together and I know in future it will be even challenging consider all of us will have their own family and things to do. 

But, the important past is we enjoyed our current moment together. We went to watch movie, Treasure Inn, Cantonese movie, I was half awake and half sleep but others were having fun laughing. Good for them :-)

Food for thoughts - I sincerely think Jazzercise has helped me to lose weight. With proper diet and coaching with self discipline, I'm positive that I'm able to be at 60kg by end of this year. Yeahhh!

Day92 - 23rd June 2011

Thursday!

Ok, I know this is bad. At the time I'm writing this, it's actually Monday, 27th June 2011. I know that I can make quick and easy job by lump sum all the entries together but decided not to do so since there are some thoughts that I would like to share in one entry.

As on 23rd June 2011, I had Nutrition 2-3 in the morning and same in the afternoon. I went to Bangsar Village to had my monthly waxing ritual and got myself a sinful red velvet cupcake at Delicious. After that, I headed to MidValley to have quick catch up with a friend. I still feel hungry and had one bowl of   tomyam meehun. Water intake was 4 litres.

Day91 - 22nd June 2011

Wednesday! 

I had my Nutrition 2-3 in the morning. As for lunch, mixed rice with chicken, vegetables and taufu. The food preparation was bit oily but eating outside means you are restricting your diet to follow what menu available in the restaurant. 

I went to Jazzercise today, drenched with sweat and still happy. Just to share, I noticed few changes when I started to join the class :-
1) My menstrual came which was 3 months due!
2) I feel more happy and contented.
3) I sleep well, I meant really good sleep
4) I feel more relaxed and calm.

Well, to clarify, I enjoy all those feeling when I'm taking the shake but when I added whip cream on top of it ( Jazzercise I mean ), it become better. And I know this formula will work.

However, at night, since I meeting up with a friend, I had roti canai and teh tarik. Have to cut all unhealthy stuff else my effort is meaningless.

Day90 - 21st June 2011

I had my shake in the morning and mixed rice with chicken and vegetables for lunch. I was not be able to 100% follows Mickey Mouse concept since my vegetables and chicken portion is the same and rice portion was slightly more. I went to Jazzercise class in the evening and had so much fun, I managed to 70% follow the rhythm and enjoyed it very much. Even my shirt was wet with sweat,which I had not experienced in ages. Once the class has finished, I had my Nutrition 1-2-3 in the car on way back to home. Water intake was 5 litres. 

Ok, time to do countdown. I have 10 days to complete my 100 days. I aim to be at 80kg by the time I completed my 100 days. Is it possible? SURELY and it's ACHIEVABLE. Yeahh, go for it!

By the way, my sleeping routine being disturbed, well just let everyone knows, I slept at 4 am for the past 3 days again due to my addiction to KDrama, I watched City Hall  - I'm so in love with both main characters, they acted very well, chemistry was superb and super fun, how can I not sacrifice my sleep time, right ? On the flip side, I was happy that I've finished watching the DVD so I can get back into normal routine. If I didn't get back into schedule, my body will boycott and the consequences will be during the 100 days weighed in when the weigh is stagnant or didn't lose or worst case I put on weight. We don't want that to happen!

Day89 - 20th June 2011

Monday blues and bloom. Since I was rushing to Sunway, I have not had a chance to blend my shake and therefore I skipped it. I had roti canai banjir and teh tarik instead. This was my first roti canai since I started the healthy plan. As for lunch, I had Minestrone Soup. In the evening, I had meeting with my manager in Prudential and once I reached home, I had shake.

Day87 - Day88 (18th - 19th June 2011)

Happy Fathers Day !

I had nice and healthy dinner with my father, mother and brother at Sekinchan Ikan Bakar . Basically, we had ikan pari, sembilang and Ikan Sebelah ( so sorry, don't know what they called in English). Before the dinner, I went for my monthly facial treatment and I got to know new facts, if your face congested or have many pimples around your forehead, it's may due to stress and if it's around your chin area, it may due to digestion problem. And on top of that, lack of fruits/vegetable and not proper sleep will also make your face congested. I kind of agree that since I didn't take lots of vegetables/fruits these days and highly depend on my shake. 

To update my 2 days progress, I had Nutrition 1-2-3 only in the morning and  the rest of the days, I ate normal and maybe excessive. On Saturday, for lunch  I had 3 white bread with serunding and omelet, in the evening I had some pisang goreng and keropok lekor and at night I had 3 pieces of fried chicken and 1 bar of chocolate cadbury as dessert.

As for Sunday, I had McD double cheese burger for lunch and 2 pieces of white bread and Ikan Bakar for dinner. Both 2 days, water intake was 4 litres.

Ok, time to go. Work harder everyone including me as well. LOL :-)

Day82 - Day86 (13th - 17th June 2011)

Okay, at the time I'm writing this, it's already Friday and I have not updated my blog since Monday,13th June 2011. So, today will be blog marathon and I'm going to make a summary of what had happened in the whole week. I wanted to update the blog in the office but somewhere somehow the office firewall block it.

Let's get to the business straight, luckily I had started my "Dream High" project where basically what I plan to do is to stick few stickers on the vision board based on my accomplishment. At the moment, what I did was, if I take Nutrition 1-2-3 one time, I'll stick one "cat" sticker on the vision board, if I have two times of Nutrition 1-2-3, then I'll stick 2 cat stickers. If I attend Jazzercise class, I'll stick a "Star" . Hence, I can view my progress in a week and monitor my performance and immediate action can be taken if I notice any inconsistency in term of taking nutrition and exercising. I'll upload my vision board photo when I have the chance okay.

After reviewing my progress this week, I took Nutrition 1-2-3 every morning, only 3 days I had 2nd shake, the other 2 days I didn't have it. I attended Jazzercise class in 3 times/days and aiming to attend 4 times in a week should my time and schedule permitted ( it's a matter of time management right?, if you want it, you will go for it like a malay proverb "hendak seribu daya, takhendak seribu dalih"

Today also, I went to Nutrition club since I've not been there for almost a month since the day I off for Bandung vacation. I weighed myself and the number just stagnant at 84 kgs, but compared last weighed in where I felt depressed and sad, I felt okay this time. I'm quite happy with what I'm doing at the moment, and I found the secret for everlasting happiness is "to be happy with yourself" then only you can achieve your target.

Day81 - 12th June 2011

Happy Birthday Annmarie! Wishing you all the best for the next coming years. 

I did not take the complete Nutrition 1-2-3 at all for today. And in fact, I'm going to list down foods that have entered my mouth and safely resting in my stomach and being processed at the moment :-

1. Morning - chocolate cake, Maggi ayam with 2 eggs, 3 pieces of cheese tart

2. Evening @ 7pm - 2 gardenia buns ( chocolate flavor, corn flavor ), pringles

3. Supper @ 9.30 pm - Special chicken ramly burger with cheese. 2 glasses of Orange juice.

As promised, I've completed my "Dream High" project, basically it's a board for me to visualize the dream to reach 60kg by end of this year. Hopefully, by looking at the board everyday, it'll motivate and encourage me to be focused and keep on doing it. I'll post it when I have the chance to snap the photo ya!

Day80 - 11th June 2011

Today is Saturday. I went to Jazzercise class in the morning, had Nutrition 1-2-3 after that. As for lunch, I had fried rice. I had appointment with a friend around 4pm and she prepared me spaghetti, chocolate cake with flooded chocolate, raspberry cheese tart and please forgive me and dear myself, I'm so sorry for not taking good care of you cause I had a good portion of all mentioned above. As for dinner, I met a friend of mine and had good share of suji and ecuzi ( African cuisine ).

This food madness and not taking car of myself has to STOP. STOP. 

I need to be at 60kg by 31st December 2011 and I can't reach that if I keep on eating nonsense and not watching my food intake. Please Ila, I'm writing this begging you to be self centered and realistic and consider your overall health and not your stomach satisfaction ONLY.

Day79 - 10th June 2011

Ok. I'm not going to wishy wishy about what I had today. Definitely not encouraging. I had Nutrition 1-2-3 in the morning only. I had normal lunch and lots too, rice, chicken vegetables followed by Coffee Ice. As for dinner, I had Sushi and Cadbury Chocolate as dessert. Water intake 4 litres. 

Please give me courage for me to keep on walking and FOCUS. Please. I need HELP!

Day78 - 9th June 2011

Haloo everyone, quick update, today I had Nutrition 1-2-3 in the morning and I had normal meal for lunch. Rice with chicken and vegetables but I still didn't follow the mickey mouse concept. I noticed that I'm a bit relax these days compared to last time when I petty strict with food intake, I make sure I have Nutrition 1-2-3 in the morning and afternoon and normal meal in the evening. However, my habit started to change as I prefer to have Nutrition 1-2-3 for breakfast in the morning and evening and normal meal for lunch. 

Should I change my habit back to when I started the program? My 100 days is going to come soon and I have not seen any huge achievement yet. Today, I joined Jazzercise class but I did not commit 100% and I slacked 60% of the time where I didn't really skip when I suppose to or even kick when I need to. A bit tired actually. <EXCUSES> When I reached home, instead having the shake, I had instant noodles! Doosh!

Not a good one today but tomorrow will be a better one! Aja Fighting!

Day77 - 8th June 2011

Nothing much to update, I had Nutrition 1-2-3 for breakfast and meehun tomyam for lunch. My meehun tomyam was awesome and the portion was generous. Today, I attended Jazzercise class, was bit tiring for me and I can't recall some steps and of course I was not be able to sync with the whole class. but, it's ok, isn't it people say practices makes perfect right? I'm going to make it perfect then . Aja fighting!

For dinner, I had Nutrition 1-2-3 but in between I had 2 slices of Bandung Kek Lapis. Awesome! Water intake, almost 6 litres. Yessaaa! Go for it Ila ! You'll be there. Will be there

Day76 - 7th June 2011

Haloo everyone...

I love watching KDrama, not only because it's fun but it give you some ideas and tips and motivate you sometimes. Why I'm saying this because I need to visualize my dream to be healthy and come out with some maps that I can see every day. This blog is merely my expression through my progress but a cardboard that I can see everyday will definitely help me. Okay, Project Dream High - to prepare a vision board, to be completed by 12th June 2011.

Update on my food intake, I had Nutrition 1-2-3 for breakfast, normal meal for lunch and Nutrition 1-2-3 for dinner. While waiting for dinner, I had very kaw teh tarik. Water intake, 5 litres for today.

Day75 - 6th June 2011

I'm bit moody today. Maybe due to tight timeline and important deliverable. And it continues until I met my boyfriend and we fought. Haaaahaha..

But, the good thing is, at the time I'm writing this, I'm in happy mood since I've completed Jazzercise class. I could feel the good effect of combining good nutrition and consistent exercise. I really hope my effort will shows some result.

To update my food intake, I had Nutrition 1-2-3 for breakfast, my lunch was quite late around 3.00pm and for dinner I had some fried rice. I also noticed that I didn't really follow mickey mouse concept and surely I'll get back on track about that.

Day74 - 5th June 2011

I didn't take Nutrition 3 at all for today. I binge lots start with my mom's meehun goreng, satay for breakfast.

As for lunch, I had rice, chicken, vegetables and repeat leftover meehun goreng for tea time. I had some fruits, mango and guava. Water intake 2 litres. 

Enough of mumbling, I know I'm not doing my best now and giving many excuses. I have spent lots and I have to ensure my investment is worth every penny.

Day73 - 4th June 2011

Annyeohaseyo!

Today is the JSK - Jang Keun Suk his 1st ever fan meeting in Malaysia. The showcase is called CRI Show. He is damn super cute, I totally can't wait 6pm so I can see and look him personally - of course not close look up but at least I can see him live. 

Well, I had only Nutrition 1-2-3 in the morning, as for lunch I had bread, lasagna at KLCC and for dinner around 11pm , I had 10 - 15 sticks of satay. Not enough water, around 2 litres. 

I seriously have to do something about my diet else I'll be like this forever. WAKE UP ILA!

Day72 - 3rd June 2011

I didn't sleep at all. Well, I did lying down on my bed from 4am till 7am but I not be able to get good sleep cause my stomach was in serious pain. When I woke up, I was completely exhausted and tired. But, I keep on preparing Nutrition 1-2-3 for breakfast and lunch. 

As for lunch, I had normal meal and as I thought of having shake for dinner, I end up had rice with fish and eggplant. I had only 1 litre of water today.

I was bit unhappy with situation in office, people likes to complaint and they think they are perfect and I really despise this. I'm a positive person and I'll remain that. I got to quickly back to Prudential and surrounded by positive person. Gosh. How people can  work in bigger companies where what they expert at are complaining, talk back about other people, backstabbing.

Day71 - 2nd June 2011

I'm fasting today. I had Nutrition 1-2-3 for my sahur. Korean food come to my mind and decided to break fast at Seoul Garden. Managed to persuade a friend of mine to accompany me for dinner. But, I was so unfortunate since I got stomach ache, due to gastrik. Damn pain cause till now I'm still awake and not be able to sleep.

I had buffet and had lots of meat. Too much intake leads to stomach ache I guess.

Day70 - 1st June 2011

I like today the first day of June 2011. Many things happened :-
  1. I had Nutrition 1-2-3 for breakfast and dinner.
  2. I joined Jazzercise class for the first time and decided to sign up for Unlimited class. The fees are RM120 and RM50 for joining fees. Since the place within a short distance from my office, there should not be an issue for me to attend class 3 times in a week. That is my target then only the investment worthy.
  3. I drank 6 litres of water today which is an improvement from yesterday.
  4. As for my normal meal, I had quite a portion of rice, chicken and I also Kartika Sari brownies after that. 
Well, that for the day. Good start for 1st June. Fighting! Aja !

Day69 - 31st May 2011

Yup. We are here . The last day in May 2011.

I had my Nutrition 1-2-3 in the morning and for dinner. As for lunch, I had Cantonese Style Yee Mee. I had tea immediately after that. These days, I want to make a habit to drink tea after my normal meal. I found it's good to burn more fat. But in between meals, I had some Kartika Sari brownies, the one I bought from Bandung. 

Water intake, at the time I'm writing this, I drank 5 litres already. Aiming high for 8 litres. 

I had my goals review earlier, especially related to my financial. I'm very positive I'll be able to accomplished it and as of my healthy goal, I have to work harder. I have no time to despair. Get to be focus. Focus, focus and focus. So, my next step is to join Jazzercise class and see how it goes in this June.

Day68 - 30th May 2011

Oh my GOD! May has reached one of it final days and yet I feel the year just started. Without keeping track your goals, you will left behind. But not to worries since we have another half year to go. Of course, on of my goal this year is to be healthy and weight at 55kg. Honestly, to reach 55 kg I may need a year to achieve it considering if I lose an average 3kg in a month. So, if I have another 6 months to go, I should be able to reach 70kg at least of more. YES! YAKIN BOLEH!

Well, to update my progress today, I finally had Nutrition 1-2-3 in the morning and evening. But, once I reached home, I had 1 bowl of laksa and 3 pieces of jack fruit. Maybe it was not good enough but at least I have started the shake. Water intake only at 4 litres, go to work hard to reach 8 litres though. It is really challenging to start the momentum back. 

Another thing I would like to share is my lovely "Sayang" complained that I put on weight too much and I should seriously hit the gym and cut the fat. Gosh, this is not the first time he said that, sometimes or most of the time I don't feel it's encouraging. It's a mere of being sarcastic or maybe I'm just overreacted?  Maybe he meant well, okay, I'll be in the positive side then.

Overall, I have started my plan back, hopefully I can full swing fast enough.

Day66 - Day67 (28th - 29th May 2011)

I'm very unhappy with myself. For these two days, I didn't take shake at all. I can't understand the reason behind it. There was a time I thought, since I had ruined my healthy diet for almost a week, why don't I just start on next Monday only. This is what we called PROCRASTINATION. I noticed one thing about myself, I'm a person who has very high energy and really focus for a week or maybe 2 weeks maximum and go down to the drain the rest of the week and it can last till months and what I'll do is to restart and it will go lapse again. Why these cycles keep on be like this? It tiring actually.

I've identified my main issue that need to be fixed immediately that is to be consistent. How can I achieve that? Maybe I should keep on walking and ride though it's a bumpy ride. If the car break or out of gas, just fix it and fill with gas and continue until it reach destination. 

Haa, it easier said than done right? But, I am positive person, it will be better tomorrow.

Day60 - Day65 ( 22nd - 27th May 2011)

I had a very satisfying and unhealthy meals for a week. A vacation to Bandung really spoiled my effort for the past 59 days. I didn't take shake at all and I had 3 meals a day. Nasi Padang was really awesome. Between meals, I munched snacks like kerepeks. Water intake was insufficient, my throat feels really dry. I avoided drink too much since I'm in foreign country and I don't know where to find toilet in case of emergency.

Well, much said, nothing great but the real challenge is now. It seems  hard for me to resume back my healthy diet. It's was a bumpy ride all the way, testing my patient and my purpose. I told my sister how I admired her persistence on taking healthy diet, she said she want to have a baby, so she needs to be in shape. 

I seriously think my purpose are not clear. Why I want to be healthy? Why I want to lose weight? Of course I know obesity is bad and many reasons I can provide but it seems my purpose and my WHY are not clear and not strong. Maybe it IS the reason i get swayed easily. - DUSH -

Day59 - 21st May 2011

Today was the day I didn't take any Nutrition 1-2-3. I had Prulia seminar and I took it for granted. I had breakfast, morning coffee break, lunch, evening coffee break and dinner. For each food session, I had 2 small pieces of cake and some foods.

In term of foods, I admitted, I failed but on the other part, I learned many new things and it have lifted my energy perfectly. I know I'm such a great person who can do much better things for myself, my family, my community and my country. I know I'm in the right path but somewhere somehow I stop walking and pausing for very long time and I'm afraid the road will have more obstacles to endure with. I need to GET UP!

Maybe the reasons I'm getting loose of myself in term of eating because I added weight last week and in my head I'm thinking, what the heck I want to be careful what I eat when the next week I'm going for a holiday and I'll probably end up eating and eating and then I'll come back to the same circle.

Day58 - 20th May 2011

Today is Friday and another 2 days I'm off to Bandung! wohOoOO !!!

As for my food intake, Nutrition 1-2-3 in the morning, for my Nutrition 3, I add 100ml soy milk since I can't take tropical fruit without adding soy milk. As for lunch, I had the same but I stick with choc flavor with 2 spoon of protein. Around 4.30pm I started to fell hungry already, my stomach growling non stop. I tried to drink more water but not helping.

As for dinner, I had Herbal Noodles Soup. Once I reached home, I wallap a slice of f durian cheese cake. -Slap on my face- I don't know how I could fall for it but it happened. Water intake was 9 litres today, will keep on doing that.  Adios! Nite !

Day57 - 19th May 2011

Well, how should I share what had happened today? Ohh okay, before that, let me tell you something, I notice  my blog quite bored, rarely I uploaded any photos or even posted any video. Hemmm, okay, I'll do that maybe next time ya, not today.

I get back to my 8 litres already, by the time I'm writing this, I've finished drink 8 litres, aiming another 1 litre to complete my 9 litres of water.  Food intake was controllable, I had my Nutrition 1-2-3 for breakfast and lunch. 

Around 5pm, my stomach started to growl and I can't wait for proper dinner, so I bought myself a bun. Almost an hour later, I had 1/2 rice, 1 plate of fried kankung and 1 plate of chicken padprik accompanied by Mr. Busy, Doura. We had good chat though quite short but meaningful. How you have wished your love ones will spend his time with you but unfortunately his not yours alone, business, friends, family matters occupied him as well.

Nevertheless, I'm happy today and will continue to cherish my happy moment.

Day50 - 12th May 2011

The days went pretty fast, I can't imagine I've reached day 50 of my diet plan. As of today, I had Nutrition 1-2-3 for breakfast and lunch. As for dinner, I had Nasi Lemak Ayam Berempah and hot Honey Lemon drink. 1 hour later, I helped my sister to buy McDonald's and I bought myself sundae toffee banana (new flavor), did munched some french fries and a bite of Filet o Fish. I had 8 litres water today. 

Apart from that, I want to remind myself to keep on going, be persistence and perseverance and forget being perfectionist. I have to keep the momentum going and I want to reach my ideal weight by end of this year. Possible? Positively Yess!

I read very interesting article in SparkPeople.com where the author saying about taking Exercise as your second job. Like a day job, though you hate and curse about it, you'll still wake up in the morning and get ready to work. Same goes with exercise, though you hate it to die, you still have to put those running shoes and keep on running. Interesting right?

I'll share more again. Remember, knowledge is power, one book a month keep cheater away ( hahahha, ila natrah's quote )

Day56 - 18th May 2011

Today is the 3rd week of weight loss challenge. Sadly, my result was not encouraging, instead losing weight, I put on another 500gm. Buy my dear sister is doing fantastic, she won the biggest cm losses and lost 2kg also. Good job sista!

I'm doing post mortem and have identified few things to improve to get back myself into shape :-

  • to drink 8-10 litres in a day. Minimum standard is 8 litres and the goal is to achieve 10 litres. I noticed the reason I have gained weight this week due inconsistent of water intake which has reduced from 7-8 litres to 6-7 litres daily.
  • to take 2 shakes in a day and to take during breakfast and lunch and normal meal for dinner. What happened last time was I tried to be flexible, as if I couldn't take shake for lunch, I take it for dinner. But, I noticed this flexibility give me room to cheat and since I don't want that, so I'm going to stick shake for breakfast and lunch.
  • For my normal meal, as what I learned today, to follow mickey mouse concept, where vegetables portion as mickey mouse face, meat/protein as another ear and carbohydrate as another ear. The foods to consumer also must close to nature and eat raw as possible. Example, compared rice and potato, better to take potato, between fresh salads and stir fry vegetables, it's better to take fresh salads since it's still raw.

I considered day off today, though I had Nutrition 1-2-3 during breakfast and dinner. Lunch as normal meal, rice with vegetables, chicken and rice. But, after coming back from JJ, I felt so frustrated I ended up ate keropok and 3/4 meegoreng mamak kambing . Feel so bad, I had 400 ml warm tea after that.

Life is a journey, that has its own ups and downs. Same goes to my losing weight journey, but what important is to quickly GET UP and not give up. I'm positively assured that tomorrow will be a better day . Adios!

Day55 - 17th May 2011

Selamat Hari Wesak! Off day for Malaysian.One thing good about Malaysia is, too many holidays but yet another working day for me. Sigh

I went for jogging at Taman Metropolitan, Kepong in the morning. It was my first time there though I know the existence for quite some time already. My sister like the area since there have proper jogging track and cycling as well. I jogged 3/4 of the area and brisk walk another 1/4.  My thigh getting better, not sore like last time. After coming back from jogging, I had Nutrition 1-2-3 and for lunch I had Nasi Lemak with rendang kerang and some fish and vegetables. 

After that, I headed to Saujana Impian for appointment and my client served me very tasty teh tarik with butter cookies. I thought of having Nutrition 1-2-3 for dinner but when I reached home, my sister was offering me her chocolate cake she baked and I had quite a portion. So, I made conclusion not to have shake since the calories will exceeded my daily intake. 

Water intake only 6 litres, will do better tomorrow. Feelings? Getting better in term of physical and mental. Love IT :-P

Day54 - 16th May 2011

There was no electricity when I woke up today and it was damn hot. I left my hp inside my car so I unable to track the time. So, by the time I settled myself it was already 8.30am and because of no electricity, I couldn't blend my shake. I had my Nutrition 1-2-3 at office and my Nutrition 3 was tasteless since I just shake it and there was lump at the bottom at the shaker. 

I couldn't control myself and decided to have lunch at Nutrition Club, JJ. When I was there, as usual I was greeted by the coaches warm welcome. I love to be surrounding by positive people with right mindset to tell you that everything is achievable and possible, it was very inspiring. I was touched by their compliment on how much I have improved in term of attitude and I'm getting in shape also. Personally, I noticed that my fat around my stomach, arm has slightly shrinking and I feel better also. It give me a boost to keep in track and do better in my lifestyle changing plan.

As for dinner, I had pizza hut with a friend of mine. I had garden salad as appetizer, personal pizza and half glass of pepsi. My friend was amazed on how much I enjoyed taking the salad. Slowly I realized that I'm taking better option and decision for my body. Instead of chicken wings, I chose salad, isn't it beautiful how the journey is? Let's embrace it together, to build a better tomorrow :-)

Ohh, update on water intake, at the time I'm writing this, around 6.5 - 7 litres. My standard are high these days, 6 litres are must, 7-8 litres are achievement and 9-10 litres are beyond excellent. Let's aim for beyond excellency. Nite everyone :o

Day53 - 15th May 2011

I woke up quite late today, quickly I had my Nutrition 1-2-3. Thought of continuing my exercise regime but my body aching especially my thigh and stomach. It'll go soon :-)

I had lunch wedding, so I had 1/4 nasi minyak with ayam masak merah and rendang ayam and some fruits. I had one appointment at Putrajaya and headed to Puchong for another appointment. Puchong appointment was at Nadia's in law house. They planned for BBQ and I had my share there also. So, for today I took only once the complete Nutrition. Water intake around 4 litres only today. Feel very thirsty but for today only 4 litres. 

I hope my healthy lifestyle will get better and better.

Day52 - 14th May 2011

What a superb way to start my day! I jogged after few months of lazying around and zero exercising. I can't even recall when was the last time I hit the ground. Not even this year, maybe last year? Wow . But, what amazed me the most was I jogged and  complete 1 round and not even one complaint come out from my month. Last time, I would halfway stop jogging and just walking.

After jogged, I had my Nutrition 1-2-3 and finish 2 litres of water before went out. Since, I'll not be in the house, I'd prepacked my Nutrition 1-2-3 to have it on the way for lunch. Well,  the taste slightly different since it was not refrigerated. 

From 3-6pm, I had 2 guava as snacks and for dinner I had kimchi fried rice. At the time I'm writing this, I had finish 7 litres of water. 

I need to work hard to get in shape fast since it'll be chain of result. If I lose weight fast, I can stop taking 8-10 litres of water, and the frequency to toilet will also become lesser which means if I were to hit my carrier full time, it will be easier task for me. As of now, 30-45 minutes visit to toilet really killing me and it completely drive me crazy especially when I'm stuck in a jammed! Gosh! Only those you have experienced it will understand my feelings..

Okay, time to hit the ground!

Day51 - 13th May 2011

My day 50 post is missing! Apparently, blogger.com experienced some "data corruption" issue and that was the reason we can't  log in to blogger.com yesterday. You'll notice some post went missing and the blogger.com team is trying their best to restore all post to normal.

Okay, let's straight to the business, I had Nutrition 1-2-3 in the morning and thought of going to Juicy Jux in the afternoon, but due to Unifi issue in the office, I have to cancel the plan. So, I had lunch instead, rice with chicken, vegetables and taufu. But, before that, I had some snack, biscuits with strawberry filling. 

At night, I had Nutrition 1-2-3 though there was big temptation at home, my father come back from Penang trip and there was lemang with beef rendang, guava and my sister cook asam tempoyak ikan baung...Wahhh..Delicious and mouth watering right? But, you know what, I'm so proud with myself, I didn't fall for it at all. 

Be FOCUS and keep the FOCUS on track.
