I'm fasting today and did not have Nutrition 1-2-3 for sahur. I felt bit tired the whole day but still have energy to continue the day. I breakfast with my family today, had 1/2 bowl of rice, sup ekor, kailan goreng ikan masin and 1/4 fried chicken. Once I'm done taking shower in the evening, I had my Nutrition 1-2-3 slowly around 10pm till 12 am. Water intake was still insufficient, around 1 litre.
