P2 D12 - 13th July 2011

Today is my 2nd week of Weight Loss Challenge weight in. I'm crossing my finger and hoping the result will be a good one. Just a quick update, I had Nutrition 1-2-3 for breakfast, and normal lunch, white rice with 2 vegetables servings and curry chicken.

Before I went to Jazzercise class, I had Nutrition 3 only and planning to have complete nutrition at JJ. I reached JJ quite late but on time to join the activity. After listening what my coach shared which basically my take out are :-

1. Our first digestion is our mouth where we have to chew a minimum 30 times per mouthful so our saliva inside the mouth will process the food before it enter esophagus, stomach and our intestine.
2. Why we feel bloated or heartburn or gastric (which I experienced lots and  the occurrence slowly become lesser when I take complete nutrition) it's due to the food was not chewed properly and we rush when eating.
3. Drink, drink, drink and drink lots of water. Though when you feel you are eating lots, drink more water to help digestion process.

P/S : all the above are slowly my opinion and understanding, it may not be accurate as normal medical terms.

Okay, lets go straight to the result, my current weight is 81.9kg, looking back at my target, by 1st of August which is my 100 days of the program, I should be weighed at 78.9kg which mathematically I have 3kg to lose. 

After that, my sister and I went to Sushi King. :-)

    Keep it up and have you practicing to chew about 30 times per mouthful?
