I woke up very late today, 9am and at that time, I'm suppose to be in the office. But I had good sleep.
But good thing is, I still had my Nutriton 1-2-3 in the morning. As for lunch, I had meehun tomyam and a slice of banana fritter. I went to Jazzercise today and really had fun, to sweat it's really good and I kind of enjoys it. As for dinner, I had Nutrtion 1-2-3 at home but I did had 3 slices of Hi-fibre biscuists and prawn in between.
