I'm bit moody today. Maybe due to tight timeline and important deliverable. And it continues until I met my boyfriend and we fought. Haaaahaha..
But, the good thing is, at the time I'm writing this, I'm in happy mood since I've completed Jazzercise class. I could feel the good effect of combining good nutrition and consistent exercise. I really hope my effort will shows some result.
To update my food intake, I had Nutrition 1-2-3 for breakfast, my lunch was quite late around 3.00pm and for dinner I had some fried rice. I also noticed that I didn't really follow mickey mouse concept and surely I'll get back on track about that.

ReplyDeleteKeep focus yah, you and me. We can do it together! A bit jealous with Susan, she manage to lose total of 8.8kg during this 100days program and I bet, we can do the same!
