I owe myself and my coach a huge apology since i'm suppose to blog on daily basis and this entry was suppose to be done on last friday. I'll make it better :-)
I had shake in the morning and lunch as usual. I managed to drank 2 litres of water by 1pm and continue the next 2 litres after that. Since morning I've imagined what I want to eat during dinner and somewhere somehow I crave home cooked food.
I reached home at 6.30pm and quickly prepare my dinner. It was simple but I noticed that I'm so hungry that I tend to cook in large portion. I even consumed the food fast since i was very hungry but lucky me that i did not have any indigestion problem after that.
I slept late that night, around 2 am due to my current obsession to Korean drama. Not sure how late sleep will effect my roads to be healthy. There is question mark there ? .
Overall, I'm happy with my progress becoming one step closer to become healthy.
