I had my breakfast at 9.30am, pretty late than normal hours. Next shake around 1.30pm, credits to my dear sister who prepared the shake.
I always afraid when come to weekend since daily routine will not be the same as weekdays. I tend to sleep late and wake up late and the availability of snacks at home.
I think it’s true not to think about what you are afraid cause thoughts become thing.
Around 4pm, my father bought “kerepek pisang” and I munched. Around 5pm, my uncle came and we bought “pisang goreng” and again I munched. I then had rice and chicken for dinner. ( I consider this as proper dinner). In term of water intake, it was easier to finish 4 litres at home than office since you need to run house chores and you get thirtsty fast.
Saturday was bit OK and can be better especially when controlling the desire to snacking.
Hey there... weekends are great for you to think about your healthy lifestyle... Don't worry if you are snacking here and there for now... just taste it and not "wallop" like crazy... remember the more you trying to "CONTROL" the harder it will be to turn off the fat switch!
