Day78 - 9th June 2011

Haloo everyone, quick update, today I had Nutrition 1-2-3 in the morning and I had normal meal for lunch. Rice with chicken and vegetables but I still didn't follow the mickey mouse concept. I noticed that I'm a bit relax these days compared to last time when I petty strict with food intake, I make sure I have Nutrition 1-2-3 in the morning and afternoon and normal meal in the evening. However, my habit started to change as I prefer to have Nutrition 1-2-3 for breakfast in the morning and evening and normal meal for lunch. 

Should I change my habit back to when I started the program? My 100 days is going to come soon and I have not seen any huge achievement yet. Today, I joined Jazzercise class but I did not commit 100% and I slacked 60% of the time where I didn't really skip when I suppose to or even kick when I need to. A bit tired actually. <EXCUSES> When I reached home, instead having the shake, I had instant noodles! Doosh!

Not a good one today but tomorrow will be a better one! Aja Fighting!

  1. What is the reason why you didn't want to have the Nutrition 123 for your breakfast as well as your lunch?

    You know what sis, I believe that when you 100% commit with this program, you will see the result faster or even better with what you are doing right now. =)

    Nevertheless, I really envy the opportunity you had at the Jazzercise class. Make sure you grab it with full of your heart yah.

    By the way, today I have my second visit at Cheras, so wouldn't be able to go to Juicy Jux during the lunch hour. Miss all the people there. sobs.. sobs..
