Day95 - Day100 ( 26th June 2011 - 1st July 2011)

I have 5 days to go to complete my 100 days challenge. But I'm going to be honest now since at the time I'm writing this, it is actually Saturday, 2nd July 2011. I have not updated my blog for since then. 

So, I'm going to make a summary of my one week activity. Since I have completed my 100 days, I am very happy to say I lose some weight. Okay, before we even talk about that how much exactly I lose, thousand apologies since I didn't track my initial weight. The idea to start the blog was purely to share my felling and what I've gone through on daily basis and not much on the kgs and cms loses. But, I remembered early March 2011, I went to see Doctor and I weighed at 87 kg and when I completed the 100 days, I weighed at 82.7 kg, overall I lose 4.3 kg within 4 months. I'll definitely say the result can be improved but I'm happy it didn't go up and going down. 

Honestly, my 1.5kg lose was contributed during my last 14 days of the program. What happen was I've included exercise regime into my healthy plan. The other plan is still the same, Nutrition 1-2-3 twice in a day, one colourful meal - (okay, this is just sharing, I'm suppose to stop at 80% full but I didn't and water intake suppose to be 8-10 litres but at the moment I was maintaining at average of 4-5 litres in a day.) I admit exercise has helped me to lose the weight.

Okay, that all and I'm happy to tell that I'm going to kick off my Phase 2 100 Days Challenge!
