Happy mothers day to all mothers and my special dedication goes to Puan Nory, I love ya!
In the morning, I had my Nutrition 1-2-3 as usual. As for lunch, I had mixed of fruits as starter followed by 1/2 rice with stingray Portuguese grill fish and mixed vegetables. Since i didn't brought my water bottle along during my lunch, ohh, i actually had lunch appointment at Midveli, I bought venti green tea frapuchino . Dush! Slap on my face.. What even worse was, my sister decided to do barbeque at home for dinner in conjunction with Mother Day. So, at night I had chicken, burger, sosej, prawns, squid, grill tomatoes, capsicum and brinjal. To compensate my guilty feeling, I had Nutrition 1-2 to cleanse what I have eaten.
