Today I have wedding to attend so I have to plan my day and eating schedule right? I've planned it well but it didn't flow as I thought it will be. Once woke up, I had one litre of water and immediately I had my Nutrition 1-2-3. As for lunch, I had shake added with soya milk. At the wedding, I had some guava, 1 small slice of chicken sambal and 2 pieces of nangka masak lemak. Around 5pm, I had fried noodles, 2 slices of hazelnut cheesecake (in conjunction with Mother Day celebration ). Around 7pm , I had meehun tomyam with crab, chicken and prawn. Once I reached home, I took my Nutrition 1 and 2 to detox and burn what I'd eaten the whole day. Fuhhh...what a long list of food that I've eaten..
If I were to elaborate my feelings, I would say I feel so guilty to eat a lot today. From the wedding till night. The only good thing I did was to drink 7 litres of water.
I have not post any photos inside the blog and thought of doing it today.
This photos was taken during my trip to Bangkok in January 2011. I was really big this time and looking at it remind me that I've many kilos to lose. I wanted to post it so I can motivate myself to look better in each coming day.
