I have a dream and my dream is to drink 10 litres of water everyday until I shed off the extra kgs. So, I come out with a strategy whereby once I wake up, immediately I have to drink1 litre of water, take shower, get ready to work, take Nutrition 1-2 at home and continue with Nutrition 3 on the way to office and finish off another 1 litre of water on the way. However, to drink 1 litre of water on the way to office seems challenging since by that time I almost wanted to pee and stomach full with water. So, let me think and execute different strategy and share with you all later ya.
As for lunch, I had my Nutrition 1-2-3 and for dinner I had 1/2 rice with padprik ayam and fried eggs. Water intake still at 8 litres. Harghh! when can I take 10 litres? Overall, my plan doing OK, it's just that I get angry very easy lately. Emotional breakdown ? I don't know.
8 liters become an easy as ABC to you yaa.. i'm so jealous right now!
