I woke up quite late today, quickly I had my Nutrition 1-2-3. Thought of continuing my exercise regime but my body aching especially my thigh and stomach. It'll go soon :-)
I had lunch wedding, so I had 1/4 nasi minyak with ayam masak merah and rendang ayam and some fruits. I had one appointment at Putrajaya and headed to Puchong for another appointment. Puchong appointment was at Nadia's in law house. They planned for BBQ and I had my share there also. So, for today I took only once the complete Nutrition. Water intake around 4 litres only today. Feel very thirsty but for today only 4 litres.
I hope my healthy lifestyle will get better and better.
