These days, I have my breakfast shake in the office and same goes with my lunch as well. So for dinner today, I decided to have sushi and drove all the way to OneUtama. I had 3 plates of sushi and half bowl of curry chicken soup rice. Half an hour later, I wanted to have something sweet and bought cinabon roll.
I think I overate today, not the sushi part but the cinabon roll, instead of having half I finished the whole bun and it's high in calories as well. Actually, I want to make it in a natural way, listen to your body when it's full but now slowly I started to think about calories intakes, losing weight and control foods. It's a good way of thinking? When I finished the bun, what I had in my mind was, I bought this and I need to finish it and it's delicious also.
That is for Day 12. I got to weight myself to track the progress. My next mission!
