Day27 - 19th Apr 2011

Haahaha..adioss Ila..today I've started back my daily regime with shake in the morning and afternoon. Only the dinner was very full, I had 5 pieces of durians, ramlee chicken burger and nasi lemak. The part that I need to learn more is to stop at 80% full. 

Water intake had improved. I managed to drink 5 litres of water. Nothing much but hopefully the day will get better and better.
