This is the first day since I've started my changing lifestyle campaign, I didn't take shake in the morning. I was running late for my conference and I couldn't wait any longer. I didn't had anything in the morning, my first meal was tuna sandwich which I had around 11 am during coffee break.
I was scared that I'm going to get stomach ache ( normally occurred when I skip breakfast, didn't all heatlh articles that breakfast is a must meal to take?) but lucky me, it does not happened and I'm happy for it. I had good lunch ( yesssss, another day that I skip shake, Gosshh, please give me more will power, my brains can stop differentiate healthy and unhealthy food now ). However, I had controllable portions of foods, half plate of rice with 2-3 spoon of mutton, fish fillet, squid, chicken and 6-7 sticks of satays and desert. I was really full since the lunch was pretty pretty late, around 3pm so I skipped dinner. Water intake was insufficient around 2 litres only.
That how my day was, hoping for a better week.
