Day29 - 21st Apr 2011

I started my day with healthy shake.However, for lunch today, my boss took us out, so, I had seafood glass noodles soup, 1 fried chicken, some fries, 1 fried popiah and 1 glass of cincau drink. Once I reached office, I had 1 glass of tea. 

I thought of having shake for dinner but I was hungry, so on way I bought coconut bread, cadbury choc and at home I had popiah and fried sotong. After dinner, I had 1 glass of tea. Watch TV for 2 hours and off to bed at 11pm. Water intake for the whole day was 5 litres.

Interestingly, one thing I would love to share was my colleague complimented me that my body has curve and I definitely look pretty once I lose some weight. So I told them, anyone will look good and pretty when they lose weight. Am I happy with those compliment? Extremely delightful and it does make my day!

Perseverance is the key!
