Day35 - 27th Apr 2011

My day starts with healthy breakfast and lunch. At night, I have appointment with a friend and thought of having dinner with her, but on the way to Mid Valley, I stop at petrol station and bought 2 buns and cadbury chocolate since I was hungry already. An hour after I reached Mid Valley, I had a bowl of yong tau foo soup. We went to watch movie and I had some popcorn after that. After eating all those items mentioned, I don't really feel so full, maybe 100% full but if counting at number of foods consumed, obviously it was a lot and lots of calories as well. Honestly, eating a good and proper colourful meal is much better! Water intake, around 5 litres but still need some consistency. OK, that all for Day 35.
