Day30 - 22nd Apr 2011

Wow..was it going too fast? My 30 days of the program is finally here.. I had my shake in the morning and decided to go JJ for lunch. So, when I reached JJ, I was shocked cause they were many people, which means it's a good sign. As for lunch, Nadia introduced me to Nutrition 1,2,3 which I had a chance to try it. Similar to the normal shake I take, it's just additional Aloe for Nutrition 1. Finally, my time to weight myself has come, and we need measure the effort so far. Hehhehe, I was extremely delightful since I lose 0.7kg from the last weighed in which was 2 weeks earlier. If I were to weight in myself in Day1 and compared today result, I positively assured I've lost more than 1 kg in a month.

For dinner, I had rice, sambal chicken and kankung belacan. I'm very happy and I'll continuously do what I've been doing.

Perseverance is the key!
