Another Sunday, nothing great happened today, I had my shake for breakfast and lunch. About, 4pm, I felt hungry and fried keropok lekor. I noticed when I was hungry during weekend and since there was easy access to food at home, I tend to eat more but when I was working, since nothing much I can eat, I ignore the hungry and munching feeling.
As for dinner, I had nasi lemak ayam. Water intake was 4 litres. At this stage, I don't have any problems to finish 4 litres of water, to increase 6 litres is the challenging part. OK, that is for weekend.
