I had my normal shake for breakfast. For lunch, instead having with soya, I mixed orange juice with vanilla flavour. Once in a while, it ok for a change but the juice was high in calories and sugar.
I had sushi for dinner, since Nadia crave for it. The portion was ok. After that, I joined Happy Hour at Juicy Jux (JJ) and gained good information about Vitamin C. No wonder many people take Vitamin C injection, since it helps to produce skin collagen and better skin complextion. Hehehe, do I need to get it? Apparently, for a women adult, recomendation daily intake for Vitamin C is 75mg and lucky me, my shake has already provided me with that.
Well, on top of that, I weighed myself today and to be honest, the result was not encouraging. Though I felt my arm have shrink little bit and my coach told me that he can see my face shape but the measurement does not telling the same thing. Of course I felt dissapointed but not for long, since I personally know that I am doing things that slow the process like eating durians almost every night and sleep late. Of course, my body will not response as how I want it to be. So, I've identified 4 things that will help me to improve my current condition :-
- To drink 6 litres of water
- To stop eating durians at night
- To understand my body and stop eating dinner when I'm 80% full
- Sleep early and the late I can stay up is by 12 am
