Healthy shake is the key to start a healthy day. :-)
However, I had to have lunch with my boss today, so I kept my shake for dinner. As for lunch, I had fried rice and some french fries. So, for dinner, I had shake on the way back home but around 10pm I felt hungry and I had some maggie curry. Actually, I crave for it since yesterday :-(
I went to sleep at 12am and for water intake, I was able to drink 5 litres of water.
