Arghhh, my week starts and ends with unhealthy eating habit ( well, I'll not consider it's unhealthy when it was the "old" me who less care about healthy eating habit ). But, since I told myself that I have to change my eating lifestyle, yess, my week starts and ends with unhealthy eating habit.
I had shake on my way to Alamanda, Putrajaya - duty as a daughther to accompany her mom who has bowling tournament. Since I've set in my mind to lepaks at shop that offer free wi-fi so I can complete my long overdue blog update ( ya, I'm talking about this blog which I was only able to update today for the past 5 days entries). I finally chose to stick my ass at McDonalds, but I can't seat for free right? So, I'd orderded McValue breakfast which I kept for lunch. Yup, another day that I didn't take shake for lunch. Ohh hoi hoi, I almost forgot that I had Starbucks Ice Blended - Javachip after that. I don't finish it, only few sips (Since I had left Mc'd and thought my mom already finish her game where eventually not finish yet, so I have to lepaks at other place to use Wi-fi, so there is Starbucks)
I reached home around 4pm and so tempted to have maggie mee. Ehmmm, I know, it's bad but that was what happended. I have to to be the utmost truth to myself in this blog and I'm be sincere now telling all of you how teribble and bad my week was.
Okay, it doesn't stop there. I had wedding dinner at PICC and of there was my dinner. But, the portion was controllable. Hehehehe.. Water intake was insufficient. Only 2 litres.
