Day28 - 20th Apr 2011

Wow...I'm counting the days to reach 30 days!

As of today, I had my normal shake in the morning and in the afternoon. For dinner, I had 3/4 rice, black pepper chicken and sayur kangkung masak belacan. Water intake still 4 litres and I'm trying my best to meet 6 litres of water..

Interestingly, today, a friend of mine called me and we were talking about losing weight since both of us have been in the battlefield the longest time ever. She told me that one of her colleague recommend one slimming drink and asked me if I've tried them, Honestly, I told her, I've tried the products and yes, I did lose 3 kg in 5 days but it didn't keep me stick into it for a long time mainly because of the strictness, like 2 hours before and 4 hours after you had the drink you can't eat any meal and the taste doesn't suit me. But, the main point I want to share is losing weight or being healthy is long term commitment like marriage also, we should look for something permanent and not temporary or yo-yo thing. That is why I keep my heart and be perseverance about my desire to change my eating lifestyle and keep on doing what I'm doing now.

I think god is listening and my wishes will be granted soon enough. Just be patience.
