Day15 - 7th Apr 2011

Yesterday, I made resolutions to execute 4 things that will help me to achieve my goals faster. What are my goals again ? 1) to cultivate healthy eating habits and 2) to accomplish healthier lifestyle. I succesfully performed two things :-
  • Drink 6 litres of water
  • Stop eating durians at night.
The others two resolutions have not yet accomplished but will do it better next next day.  I told myself that it took me 27 years to become what I am today and to change to something new will also take times. Just be patient and focus!
