I woke up quite late, around 10.30 am, immediately I had my shake. Nothing much today, I just stay at home and watch Korean drama. Since I had my shake quite late, I was not so hungry until 4pm and decided to have dinner. I had some durians and half an hour after that I had Mc’Donalds , double filet o fish, chocolate sundae and medium coke. That was my dinner and had nothing after that. I slept around 11pm.
Water intake was only 1 litre. It’s bad, I know.
My feeling, I don’t know why I felt so hopeless and it’s so hard to keep track to change my eating lifestyle.
I always find it challenging for me to maintain it. To start is easy but keep doing it is really a challenge for me.
